The time it was about the 12 days of Christmas

So.  There have been a lot of blogs doing holiday giveaways and the like.  I wanted to do something myself, but I wasn't sure what to do or how I wanted to do it.... All I did know is that I wanted to have a shitton of giveaways and [hopefully] give back a little.  I appreciate having all of you guys as followers and I really do love having a good giveaway.

Inspiration struck in the middle of the night. I slept on it, woke up loving the idea even more and started sending emails. Perhaps you saw me asking all sorts of questions on Twitter about giveaway books? It was all for this.

Without further ado, I present the 12 Days of Christmas!

Thanks to Jaime for the awesome graphic!

Every day from December 14th through December 25th, a new giveaway will be posted.  There will be new releases, older favorites and some signed copies.  There will also be some authors providing some funny Christmas stories or their favorite memories, so definitely check back every day.

The length of each giveaway will be a bit longer than usual.  Due to it being the holidays, I'm going to make each one go for 2 weeks instead of my normal of 1 week.  Hopefully that will give you guys plenty of time to enjoy your holiday and win some books. All of the individual pages will be compiled and linked down below to make it easier.

Now go do whatever you need to get ready for this extravaganza of books! Until then....

The time it was my 2 year blogiversary

Well.  It's been another year. [Technically, it was a year on 10/26, but whatever.]

This year has been a little different from my first year of blogging.  I hit some pretty major [for me] milestones, expanded into author interviews and blog tours as well as being invited to be a Throne of Glass Ambassador by Bloomsbury and the designated blogger for Macmillan. Twice.  Not to mention all of the new and awesome friends I've made and authors I've stalked found.

And seriously, you guys, I can't thank you enough.  You've come along with me on this crazy, amazing ride and I wouldn't still be doing this if it wasn't for all of you.  Extra special thanks to the few of you who have been with me from the beginning...your support means everything to me.

Now, let's get to the good stuff, yes?

We can't have a blogiversary celebration without a giveaway and I think this one is pretty good.  I've been hoarding these books through out the year, with this in mind.  I give you.... my blogiversary arcstravaganza!

Up for grabs to one winner are the following signed arcs:

Icons by Margaret Stohl
Asylum by Madeleine Roux
Tandem by Anna Jarzab
Crewel  and Altered by Gennifer Albin
SYLO by DJ MacHale
School Spirits by Rachel Hawkins
The Program by Suzanne Young
Let the Sky Fall by Shannon Messenger
MILA 2.0 by Debra Driza
Parallel by Lauren Miller
Reboot by Amy Tintera

This giveaway is US only. [I went back and forth with the idea of offering INT with the stipulation that the winner pays for some of the shipping cost. And while it seems shitty, it would be necessary with this stack of books. If you're international and you want to enter, email me and we can discuss it.]

As always, the rules are listed on the "terms & conditions" of the Rafflecopter widget.

Before I let you loose to run amok and enter, stand there and let me hug you.

**Good Luck!!**

The time I hit 500 again

You guys.

Today I hit 500 followers on BlogLovin'.  It might not seem like a lot compared to some of the bigger blogs out there, but it's a lot to me.  And since I'm moving over to self-hosting soon, I'm going to lose all of the followers on GFC [so make the switch!].

I just want to thank you all for following along with me on this crazy ride.  Like I said in this post, I never thought I would continue this blog, let alone have anyone actually read my incessant rambling.

Again, I'm stunned.  Elated.  Speechless.  And another hot mess of flails.

So, let's celebrate with a giveaway, yes?  This is my second time around hitting 500 followers, so how about a giveaway for some of my favorite second books in a series?

Up for grabs:

Hardcover copies of Scarlet by Marissa Meyer and Through the Ever Night by Veronica Rossi.  Both books are signed! This contest is international.  I'm setting up two different Rafflecopters, so there will be two different winners. Additional rules are on the Rafflecopter widget.

I can't thank you guys enough for getting me to this number.  So, again, I say: stand there and let me hug you.

The time I had so many followers

You guys.

Today marks a pretty monumental day in my blogging adventure.  Today, I passed 500 followers on the blog via GFC and passed 1000 followers on Twitter.

When I started this blog a year and a half ago, I never imagined that I would hit those numbers. I wasn't even sure that anyone would read this blog, let alone follow me here.  And today, I just watched the number of followers go up and up and up.

I'm stunned. Elated. Speechless. And a hot mess of flailing.

So.  In honor of this mega awesome achievement, not only do I want to jump through my laptop and hug each and every one of you, I'm going to have a giveaway of some of my favorite books by some of my favorite authors.

Up for grabs?

First up: a paperback copy of Unraveling and a hardcover copy of Unbreakable by Elizabeth Norris.  I will also include the bonus content booklet. Both books are signed.

Also?

A paperback copy of Throne of Glass and an arc of Crown of Midnight by Sarah J. Maas.

This contest is international.  I'm setting up two different Rafflecopters, so there could be two different winners. Additional rules are on the Rafflecopter widget.

Now stand there and let me hug you.

The time it was my blogiversary

Well.  It's been a year.

When I started this blog [Thank you, LeAnna], I never expected to continue writing things, let alone be recognized at various events by people.  Needless to say, this year has been quite interesting.  I've gotten some amazing books, met some awesome people, seen some phenomenal authors and found some friends I can't live without.

And for all of this, I say thank you.  The best way to show my appreciation for all of you reading my posts, retweeting them and just plain pimping me out is to have one hell of a giveaway.

There will be one winner.

Yep. You read that correctly. ONE WINNER.

So.  Let's see what we've got...

White Cat, Red Glove and Black Heart by Holly Black.  All hardcover, all signed.  WC and RG are gently used copies, but both are in excellent condition.  BH is brand new.

Matched by Ally Condie, an ARC of Carnival of Souls by Melissa Marr, The Sky is Everywhere by Jandy Nelson.  All three brand new, not signed.

A UK version of White Cat by Holly Black and a paperback version of Divergent by Veronica Roth.  Both brand new, both signed.

Ten by Gretchen McNeil and High School Bites: Two Books in One [Vlad/Joss] by Heather Brewer.  Both are brand new, both signed. Ten is hardcover, HSB is paperback.

Beautiful Creatures, Beautiful Darkness, Beautiful Chaos and Beautiful Redemption by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl. BC, BD, and BC are all paperback, BR is hardcover. All brand new, all signed. [BR is not pictured because I don't have it yet.  I'll see Kami and Margie on 10/23.]

Also included is a "Light Caster" shirt that I got from Comic-Con with both Kami and Margie's signatures.

The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer by Michelle Hodkin.  Brand new, paperback, signed.  I don't have an actual picture of this book because it's not in my possession yet.  I am flying to Chicago to see Michelle on 10/29 and will be getting it then.  I will also include any extra swag I pick up from the signing, including pins, Noah Shaw bookplates, stickers, etc.

If you have any questions beyond what I've posted here, please contact me. Thank you all for reading, commenting and fangirling right along with me.  I doubt I'd still be doing this if you weren't coming along for the ride.

The Fine Print:

1. US Only.

2. Must be at least 13 to enter [Besides, if you're under 13, you shouldn't be reading this blog with the amount of swearing I do].

3. I'm not responsible for lost or damaged items. I don't have replacements. Rest assured, I am ridiculously anal about my books. They will be sent in safe packaging and will leave my hands as near to perfect as I can get them.

4. I reserve the right to suspend or end the giveaway at any time, for any reason and without a winner being chosen.

5. Winner will be notified by email and will have 72 hours to respond. If there is no response, a new winner will be chosen.

6. Winners are chosen at random by Rafflecopter.

Normally, I don't make you follow me here or on Twitter, but for this giveaway, I'm going to include it.  Of course, you don't have to do any of it to win, but any extra pimpage would be phenomenal. Good luck!!
