The time it was the January real book recap

Hi guys!  So, we're one month into the real book challenge and this is my first recap!


As I said in the introductory post, I challenged myself to read 150 real books in 2014. In the month of January, I read 35 total books with 15 of them being real books.  And here they are:






So.  15 down, 135 to go.  What books have you read this month?

  2. I read 40 books in January (including 8 rereads).

    I'm so jealous that you've read On the Fence. I've adored every one of Kasie's books thus far.

      On the Fence was just as fantastic as Kasie's other books. She really is phenomenal.

  3. I read around 5 books this month including "Of Beast And Beauty" by Stacey Jay
    :-) I see that you have read "Strange and Ever After" by Susan Dennard and I really envy you. This is one of my most anticipated books of 2014:-)

  4. I read Sisters Red this month too! You've done great! 15 books is amazing. :) Last year I was barely reading 5 books a month...hehe (until the end of the year when I went a bit reading-crazy). The Replacement looks really creepy. I'm going to check it out..*runs to Goodreads*

      All of Brenna's books are amazing, but I highly recommend The Space Between.

  8. So jealous you got to read On the Fence!!! Have you read Lady Thief yet? Scarlet is one of my favorite books and I was lucky to get and E-Arc of Lady Thief and I loved it too!!! I read 25 books in Jan so not to shabby :)!!!!

      I have read Lady Thief and I loved it more than Scarlet. THAT ENDING!! I need book 3 like yesterday.
